Our servers are located at Ice Colo a state of the art data centre in Manchester, Ice Colo has a highly reliable and high capacity network.

The facility includes a enterprise level UPS and diesel based generator power solution with a auto changeover panel that automatically and seamlessly switch the power source from the mains to generator in the event of a power failure. The datacentre is connected directly to United Utilities' local 11,000 Volt ring main, with two separately routed incoming high Voltage cables. The datacentre has a dedicated 1 Megawatt substation onsite, protecting the datacentre from most common disturbances in the local distribution network. As well as providing isolation from other local power users.

The facility has Heavy-duty anti-static raised floor with N+1 downflow cooling with Advanced Knuerr Coolfex 'cold aisle' containment system.

The datacentre is a self-contained detached building situated within a large floodlit private fenced and gated compound, with Full interior and exterior digital IP CCTV coverage, including all server aisles and physical ingress/egress points. All CCTV is monitored and recorded around the clock.
